700mm Ion Beam Polishing Machine
Used for ultra-precision machining of optical components as well as ion beam polishing. It supports a variety of optical materials with different characteristics, including fused silica, glass-ceramics, monocrystalline silicon, and sapphire. The machine is capable of processing various geometries such as flat surfaces, spheres, coaxial aspheres, off-axis aspheres, and more.
The maximum achievable processing accuracy is RMS = 1/100λ, PV = 1/30λ.
The Boxin Aspherical Machining Workshop is equipped with a total of 30 sets of equipment, including German Satisloh surface grinders and polishers, American single-point diamond turning machines, and other independently developed aspherical polishing machines. Additionally, it is equipped with a German Mahr profilometer for quality inspection. Boxin has the capability to process aspherical components with diameters ranging from 10mm to 750mm, achieving a minimum PV value of 0.1μm. The annual production capacity target is 50,000 pieces.
